What a Two-Pack Shot Does Not Show

What a Two-Pack Shot Does Not Show

A person holding two packs makes a clear image. It shows a format, a colour family and a front panel design. It does not show a size range, an absorbency level, a pack count or a carton quantity. Those four fields are what an OEM order is built from.

The purple and white packs in these three frames are presentation images. We use them in a conversation about visual identity, then put them aside when the specification discussion starts.

Designed for overnight use, described carefully

An overnight format is a design intention: a longer wearing period and a different fit. We describe it as designed for overnight use or as overnight protection. We do not claim that leaks cannot happen, because no product can honestly carry that claim.

Buyers sometimes bring that wording from a competitor pack and ask to repeat it. Our team explains why we would rewrite it. A claim on a retail pack has to be supportable in the market where it is sold, and that check comes before artwork approval.

The four fields a photo leaves blank

A photograph cannot tell you how many pieces are in the pack, which sizes are included, what the absorbency level is or how many packs sit in an outer carton. All four affect the quotation. All four are written lines, not visual details.

We ask for them before artwork begins. Changing a colour is a design round. Changing a pack count after the cartons are printed is a production problem.

Where images are genuinely useful

These three frames do one job well: they show whether a family of packs looks like one brand. That is worth settling early, before a size range and a carton plan are fixed around it.

A good photograph starts a product conversation. A written specification finishes it.
