For the MP03 customer-logo garment backsheet, the customer prepays dedicated film material and plate charges. Approximately one tonne can be shared across L / XL for the same brand and design. Material reference: CNY 13,000-plus per tonne; plate reference: CNY 1,000-plus. After each batch, the material amount corresponding to actual usage is refunded; plate charges are non-refundable. Final charges, inventory records and storage terms are agreed before ordering. This material policy concerns the garment backsheet, not the individual wrapper.
THE BASE PRODUCT, EXPLAINED
The soft through-air-bonded topsheet passes liquid toward the wood-pulp and SAP core, which absorbs and retains it. An elastic high waist provides an underwear-like fit, while hydrophobic SMS side barriers help contain liquid at the sides.
This is a component guide, not a scale drawing or literal cross-section. Final performance and specifications follow the selected sample.
The side barriers sit along the absorbent area. Individual packaging is separate from the garment construction and bare-product price.

gsm means grams per square metre of material. The listed layers and core weights describe the supplied reference construction. They are not a finished-product absorbency test or an actual bare-product weight. Final manufacturing specification and packaging follow the approved sample.
