Keep the existing pattern and base construction. Add your logo to the backsheet and discuss compatible optional inserts.

03 / PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Custom Product Development

Starting reference: 200,000+ pieces

Develop a product pattern and tooling, with materials and specifications selected for your project.

Discuss topsheet, absorbent core, materials, colours, backsheet and individual wrapper.
Define your retail packaging and carton specification.
Final production, size/configuration and material minimums, tooling charges and lead time follow project review.

For MP02 custom backsheet, the customer prepays dedicated material and plate charges. Approximately one tonne can be shared across L / XL for the same brand and design. After each batch, the material amount corresponding to actual usage is refunded; plate fees are non-refundable. Material reference: CNY 13,000-plus per tonne; plate reference: CNY 1,000-plus. Exact charges and storage terms are agreed before ordering.

Prefer another insert instead of cooling?

Keep the existing fit and base construction, and select one insert option for your brand. Each listed single-insert choice adds CNY 0.05 per piece to the plain base product; it replaces the standard cooling insert.

Reference product prices with one selected insert: L CNY 0.90 / piece; XL CNY 0.95 / piece, EXW, excluding packaging and freight. Option names identify customization choices. Final material composition, compatibility, supporting documents and any performance claims are reviewed for the chosen option. The slow-release cooling description applies to the standard cooling version.

THE COOLING INSERT, EXPLAINED

Layered powder technology. Gradual release.

The powder-based insert uses slow-release technology to deliver the cooling sensation gradually. Controlled powder deposition supports consistent insert dosing during manufacture. The soft topsheet and wood-pulp/SAP core remain part of the base garment construction.

The diagram describes the insert component. Final placement, cut size and technical specifications follow the approved sample.

gsm = grams per square metre of material. L and XL both use 4 g wood pulp + 3 g SAP per piece, with a 34 x 85 mm cooling insert. The final technical specification follows the approved sample.

Protect cooling during storage

A sealed foil-based barrier pouch.

The existing retail reference uses sealed aluminium-foil or aluminium-laminate composite outer packaging. For private-label orders, choose a cooling-compatible sealed foil-barrier pouch. Customer-supplied bags and sealing specifications are reviewed before packing; bag costs are quoted separately.

Cooling sensations vary with the selected insert, storage and conditions of use. Performance requirements and any numerical claims should follow an agreed test on the selected finished sample.

Topsheet & absorbent core

Starter and standard-platform routes use the reference construction. For a different topsheet or absorbent-core structure, discuss a product-development specification, material requirements and sample validation.

Fit, waistband & side barriers

Choose an available size in the existing pattern for the first two routes. A new pattern, shape or structural change is assessed under custom product development, with its own tooling and production requirements.

Backsheet & individual wrapper

Customer-logo backsheet printing is available within the standard platform. Other insert options may be discussed; material compatibility, performance evidence, quantities and prices are confirmed for each selection.

Retail packaging & cartons

Cooling-compatible sealed foil-barrier packaging is recommended. Customer-supplied bags require compatibility review. Retail bag specification, pack count, artwork, sealing requirements and prices are confirmed separately from the base product.
