Keep the existing pattern, base construction and backsheet design.
Each size meets the minimum separately; quantities are not combined across sizes.

02 / BRAND & FEATURE OPTIONS

Standard-Platform Customization

Reference: 50,000–100,000 pieces

Keep the existing pattern and base construction. Add your logo to the backsheet and discuss compatible optional inserts.

MP01 customer-logo backsheet: 50,000 pieces per size.
Insert choices and final option-specific quantities require material, equipment and sample review.
Dedicated material, plate, packaging and upgrade charges are itemised separately.

03 / PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Custom Product Development

Starting reference: 200,000+ pieces

Develop a product pattern and tooling, with materials and specifications selected for your project.

Discuss topsheet, absorbent core, materials, colours, backsheet and individual wrapper.
Define your retail packaging and carton specification.
Final production, size/configuration and material minimums, tooling charges and lead time follow project review.

For MP01 custom backsheet, the customer prepays dedicated material and plate charges. After each production batch, we refund the material amount corresponding to actual usage. Printing plate charges are non-refundable. Approximately one tonne can be shared across L / XL / XXL for the same brand and design. Material reference: CNY 13,000-plus per tonne; plate reference: CNY 1,000-plus. Exact charges and storage terms are confirmed before ordering.

Reference construction

A starting specification for L / XL.

The supplied L and XL configuration combines a soft through-air-bonded nonwoven topsheet, a wood-pulp and SAP core, elastic nonwoven waist materials and hydrophobic side barriers.

The layer list is a simplified reference, not a scale drawing. The selected sample and agreed specification define the product supplied.

The XXL variant has a different reference colour and construction from L / XL. Flat product measurements use the stated measuring points and are not wearer hip or waist circumferences. Confirm the detailed technical specification against your selected sample before production. Individual packaging is quoted separately from the unpackaged product price.

Topsheet & absorbent core

Starter and standard-platform routes use the reference construction. For a different topsheet or absorbent-core structure, discuss a product-development specification, material requirements and sample validation.

Fit, waistband & side barriers

Choose an available size in the existing pattern for the first two routes. A new pattern, shape or structural change is assessed under custom product development, with its own tooling and production requirements.

Backsheet & individual wrapper

Customer-logo backsheet printing is a standard-platform option. Backsheet and individual wrapper are separate material items; printing, materials and purchase requirements are confirmed for the selected design.

Retail packaging & cartons

For Starter Private Label, supply compatible finished branded packaging. Digital printing, printed PE bags and packaging sourcing can be discussed separately. Pack count, artwork, language, carton details and applicable charges are confirmed before ordering.
