Real samples show the product platform, surface, reverse and wrapping. Photo references are not a size chart. Confirm the sample, finished dimensions and artwork for each selected length before production.

Each length meets its minimum separately. Base prices include individual PE wrapping. Retail pack count, retail bags, cartons and any printing/tooling charges follow the selected packaging plan.

Cotton contact layer. Absorbent-paper construction.
Organic cotton topsheet
35 gsm Turkish organic cotton for the skin-contact layer. Organic cotton describes the topsheet material; other layers use different materials.
Absorbent-paper core
Lofty airlaid paper with composite absorbent paper. This base model has no functional chip. Confirm absorption requirements and test methods with your selected sample.
Easy-open individual wrapping
A 22 gsm PE wrapper with an easy-open tab. Custom printing uses non-registered cutting; exact logo placement at each cut is not fixed.

Gsm is the material weight per square metre. Material certification and batch traceability documents are reviewed for the selected order. Final construction, wing design and dimensions follow the approved sample for each length.
TWO CUSTOMIZATION ROUTES
Start with the existing pad or change the specification.
Existing-configuration private label
50,000 pieces per length. Keep the existing shape and material construction. Plan your branded retail bag, pack count, language, barcode and carton marks. Printed packaging and artwork charges are quoted separately.
Material or process changes
200,000 pieces per length. Discuss topsheet, absorbent materials, backsheet, wrapper and process changes. Feasibility, revised product pricing and dedicated material purchases are confirmed for the selected project.
Lengths cannot be combined to meet either minimum. New shapes or independent tooling require a separate project review. Product and packaging minimums are separate.
THREE PACKAGING OPTIONS
Match the packaging plan to your launch.
1. Digital printing
For smaller bag runs. No printing plates. Batch references: 1,000–2,000 bags at USD 525.93; 3,000–5,000 bags at USD 676.20. Setup: USD 90.16 per design.
2. Plate-printed PE bags
Approximately 20,000 bags minimum. Bag reference: USD 0.0331 each. Printing-plate reference: USD 75.14 per colour. Final bag size, material and artwork determine the quotation.
3. Your supplied bags
Provide your own branded packaging. Confirm dimensions, sealing compatibility, artwork and required quantity before sending the bags for packing.
Digital options: reseal label + USD 180.32 per batch; foil stamping + USD 150.27 per batch. These are bag-batch charges, not per-bag additions. Individual wrappers, retail bags and cartons are distinct packaging items.
ORDER PLANNING
Agree the sample, schedule and payment.
Lead time and payment
- Samples: 2–3 working days after receipt of payment.
- Sample charges are quoted separately and paid 100% in advance.
- Bulk production: estimated 10–20 working days; agree the final schedule for the approved specification and packaging.
- Bulk payment: 60% deposit, 40% balance by T/T before shipment.
Quotation and confirmation
- EXW; freight is not included.
- Dated quotation validity: 7 calendar days.
- Warranty reference: 3 years; coverage follows agreed order terms.
- Confirm samples, materials, artwork, pack count, quantity and required market documentation before production.
