This website, hnnafei.com (the “Site”), is operated by Guangdong Nafei Industrial Co., Ltd. (“Nafei”, “we”, “us”), a manufacturer of sanitary pads and disposable menstrual pants with its production base in Shanwei, Guangdong, China.

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains how we handle personal data in connection with (a) your use of the Site, and (b) our own internal publishing tool that uses the Pinterest API to publish our product images to Pinterest accounts we own and control.

Information you give us. When you send an inquiry through our contact form or reach us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to provide, which typically include your name, company name, country, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our web server records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed and access time. This data is used for site security, diagnostics and aggregate traffic statistics.

Cookies. The Site uses only the cookies required for it to function correctly, such as session and language preference cookies. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. How we use information

We operate an internal, first-party publishing tool that uses the Pinterest API to publish our own product photographs, titles and descriptions to Pinterest boards that we own and control. The following applies to that tool:

• It is used solely for our own Pinterest business account. It does not act on behalf of, or on the instruction of, any third party, and it does not involve end-user OAuth or sign-in for any other person.
• It does not access, collect, store or process Pinterest data belonging to other Pinterest users.
• Data obtained through the Pinterest API is limited to our own account, boards and pins. We do not sell, resell, redistribute or publicly disclose Pinterest content or Pinterest-derived data.
• If our Pinterest authorisation is revoked or the integration is disconnected, we stop retrieving data through the API immediately and delete any Pinterest-derived data we hold within 30 days.
• API credentials are stored locally on our own equipment, are restricted to our own staff, and are never shared.
