Guangdong Nafei Industrial and Shanwei Polytechnic Establish Cooperation Base

On the afternoon of September 9, a signing ceremony between Guangdong Nafei Industrial Co., Ltd. and Shanwei Polytechnic was held at the Nafei facility, marking the establishment of a school-enterprise industry-academia-research cooperation base.

The ceremony brought together school leadership — Principal Cai Zhaoquan, Deputy Party Secretary Wu Fanghui, and Vice Principal Fu Fenglong — with Nafei representatives led by Chairman Zhou Xuefeng and General Manager Zhou Canjie. Officials from the Haifeng County government and the Haifeng Economic Development Zone also joined the event.

The two parties agreed to build a long-term partnership that draws on their respective strengths: integrating industry and education, clarifying research directions, and pairing a motivated R&D team with the college's talent pipeline. The cooperation is intended to lay a solid foundation for Nafei's sustainable growth.

In his remarks, Principal Cai Zhaoquan introduced the college's recent progress in enrollment, employment, and innovation, and reviewed the school's existing collaboration with Nafei through its innovation and entrepreneurship institute. Both sides held in-depth discussions on co-developing programs, curriculum design, practical training, talent cultivation, and graduate employment, with a shared commitment to turning industry-academia-research cooperation into real outcomes.

After the signing, the two parties unveiled the cooperation plaque and toured Nafei's production base.

Nafei is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, testing, and service across sanitary napkins, baby diapers, and menstrual pants, and provides OEM and ODM services to customers worldwide.

School-enterprise cooperation is a proven model for vocational education and skilled-talent development. By aligning with the real needs of industry, both sides aim to build a new model of collaboration that delivers mutual benefit.
