Hunan Nafei Factory Profile: OEM Supplier Review Guide

2026-06-06

A factory "profile" page tells you the year it opened. That's the least useful thing to know. If you're reviewing Nafei — or any Hunan sanitary plant — as an OEM partner, here's what to actually check before you send a deposit.

Product scope — can one plant do your whole range?

Spreading a range across three sub-suppliers is how specs drift. Nafei runs sanitary napkins and menstrual pants on in-house lines, so a pads-plus-pants private label can come from one QC system instead of three. Ask any candidate the same question: where does your line stop and the sub-supplier start?

Samples — the proof is in the wear test

A profile photo of a clean corridor proves nothing. The sample is the real profile. Check topsheet feel, core rewet after load, and wing adhesion on an actual test, not a showroom pad. If the supplier won't ship a pre-production sample matched to your spec, the profile is just marketing.

Packaging support — do they print or just forward?

A plant that only sources packs from a vendor will bottleneck you on every artwork change. In-house or tightly-controlled pack printing means a relaunch doesn't wait on a third party's queue. Confirm who actually outputs your printed film.

QC — where it lives matters

QC at the plant (in-line + pre-shipment AQL + retained sample) catches a bad run before it ships. QC that's "the forwarder's problem" catches it after you've paid. Ask to see the test bench, not just the cert on the wall.

Shipment readiness — the boring part that sinks launches

What a plant visit should show you

Not the lobby. The raw-material store, the conversion line speed, the test room, and how fast they swap between SKUs. Those four tell you more than any brochure. Nafei is happy to do a live walk or host a visit — the about page has the basics, but the line itself is the real profile.

My rule: if a supplier's "profile" is all founding year and square meters and zero detail on where the line starts and stops, keep looking. The meters don't make your pad.

Questions buyers actually ask

Is Nafei really a manufacturer?

Yes — in-house lines for napkins and menstrual pants in Changsha, not a broker reselling sub-supplier product.

Can I visit or see the line remotely?

Both. We do live video walks and host plant visits; the line view is the fastest way to clear doubt.

Do you support private-label pack printing?

Yes, pack artwork and printing are handled in-house, so artwork changes don't wait on an outside vendor.

How do I start a review?

Reach the team via contact and request a sample matched to your spec plus a line view.
