Nafei sanitary napkin R&D system
A laboratory was jointly established with Sun Yat-sen University and Jinan University in China. The R&D center has an office area of 120 square meters, a scientific research and laboratory area of 500 square meters, and is basically fully staffed and equipped. The engineering laboratory will cooperate with professors from Sun Yat-sen University to carry out research work in three research directions: "digital processing technology", "product ecological processing technology" and "functional and product processing technology".

R&D in this category isn't lab coats for show. For us it means we can take a buyer's "I want it thinner but still dry overnight" and actually get there — change the core structure, run absorption tests, revise. The joint lab setup helps, but the real asset is that engineering sits next to the production line instead of in a separate building.
We wrote up how sample testing fits into a private-label project in this R&D and sample-testing note if you want the step-by-step.
Can you develop a custom shape or function?
Often yes, within reason. A new topsheet treatment or a different pant cut is routine; a totally novel absorption mechanism needs a proper development cycle. We'll tell you which bucket your idea falls into early, not after you've paid tooling.
