1. Absorption performance test

Absorption speed test: simulate the flow of women during menstruation, quickly pour a certain amount of liquid on the surface of the sanitary napkin, and observe and record the time required for the sanitary napkin to absorb the liquid. A high-quality sanitary napkin should be able to absorb liquid quickly and prevent the liquid from staying on the surface for a long time, thereby avoiding side leakage and dampness.

Absorption test: continue to inject simulated menstrual blood into the sanitary napkin through professional equipment until it reaches saturation, measure and record the maximum absorption of the sanitary napkin. This test can intuitively reflect the carrying capacity of the sanitary napkin under different flow conditions, ensuring that it can provide reliable protection for users at all stages of the menstrual period.

Water lock ability test: after the sanitary napkin absorbs a certain amount of liquid, squeeze it and observe the reverse osmosis of the liquid. Nafei sanitary napkins must have excellent water lock ability to ensure that even when squeezed by external force, there will be no liquid overflow, and the surface will always be dry.

2. Material and comfort test

Surface material softness test: use professional softness testing instruments to measure the surface material of the sanitary napkin. At the same time, female volunteers with different skin types were invited to actually touch and try the product, and based on their feedback, the softness of the surface material was evaluated to see if it was soft enough and whether it would irritate the skin.

Test of breathability of the bottom material: Cover the bottom material of the sanitary napkin with the mouth of a container containing a certain amount of water, and evaluate the breathability of the bottom material by measuring the rate of water evaporation within a certain period of time. Good breathability can effectively reduce the feeling of stuffiness and keep the user comfortable during menstruation.

Overall fit test: Design a fit test plan based on the body curves of women of different body types. Ask volunteers to wear Nafei sanitary napkins for various daily activities, such as walking, running, bending over, etc., to observe whether the sanitary napkin can fit the body tightly without displacement or curling, so as to ensure comfort and stability during use.

III. Hygiene and safety test

Microbiological testing: Strict microbiological testing is carried out on the raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products of Nafei sanitary napkins, including the content determination of microorganisms such as bacteria, molds and yeasts. Ensure that the product meets national and international health standards to avoid problems such as female reproductive system infections caused by excessive microorganisms.

Chemical residue detection: Use advanced detection technology to detect the residual amount of harmful chemicals such as fluorescent agents and formaldehyde in sanitary napkins. These substances may pose a potential threat to human health, so they must be strictly controlled within a safe range.

Allergenicity test: Select some volunteers with sensitive skin and perform patch tests on their arms and other parts to observe whether there are allergic reactions. Through this test, it is further ensured that Nafei sanitary napkins have good safety and tolerance for women with different skin types.
